what was supposed to happen: what actually happened:
everybody up @ 7 to get ready for cell phone ran out of charge in the
the entire day out of house. middle of the nite, so no alarm. up
@ 9. only levi gets ready.
drop off levi @ school, and on to dropped levi off @ school sans
pickles music class. backpack and back home to get
pickles ready.
drop pickes @ music and run to get call from work as i pull up to
target to find cute shirt heidi bought music class and end up taking pickles
for $3. and some popcorn. in 10mins late and mouthing "sorry"
to teacher while still on the phone.
pick up piper. pick up levi. drop off back ok, so i DID manage to pick both kids
@ house for heidi to bbsit. up, but i had to go back inside house
to get myself ready.
go to super stressful work meeting went to super stressful work
(what happened to my week "off"??!!) meeting. (funny how "work stuff"
is non-negotiable.)
end meeting in time to take levi to soccer meeting goes way overtime. i
get a $25 ticket for expired meter.
(so expensing that.) heidi takes
all three kids to soccer.
feel relieved, yet accomplished, that this rant on phone in the car in my
complicated day is completed garage about stressful work mtg
until heidi pulls in driveway.
be "leave it to beaver" mom tell kids mommy is in "time out"
and hide from them in my closet.
even when i hear all hell breaking
loose b/c pickles is knocking down
block castles.
cook a dinner with vegetables that we eat load everyone up and go to taco bell.
@ the dinner table, and talk about let them drink soda. even pickles.
our day. i know.
ride bikes outside to get exercise, fresh ride bikes outside to get exercise,
air, and to end our day on a good note fresh air, and to end our day on a

her life by removing her and her bike
from the middle of the street when cars
came.
funny thing i just noticed tonite and wish i would have taken a better picture of. pickles is wearing a shirt that says, IN GLITTER no less, "Just Smile". perfect.
